Refunds and Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we're more than happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your artwork, and we'll provide you witha refund of store credit. Please note that a small 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges, which helps us cover the cost of restocking, and donating or reselling.

To begin a return or exchange, simply send us an email at support@highlandcowartistry.com, and we'll guide you through the process. If you happen to experience any issues or damages with your artwork, please reach out to us at support@highlandcowartistry.com within 14 days of receiving it.
